Couples Counseling

Couples Counseling involves a psychotherapist and a relationship involving at least two other people who are attempting to strengthen their dynamic or resolve conflict.  The therapist acts as holding container for support while the couple learns, explores, expresses, and experiments with new ways of communicating and articulating.
